This is my entry for the Disney-club Coloring Book Challenge, where you have to take a Disney coloring book page and, well, color it! I did a kind of mash-up between these two: sta.sh/025eeyqzvmd4 and sta.sh/0u4qf1bke8t I liked the sitting poses on the first better, but the faces/hand pose on the second better. Then I also kind of went nuts on the background lol, I always loved Jasmine's room/balcony design and it was loads of fun to paint! Enjoy! View the full article

These are ChristopherB's completed commission designs of knotwork foxes with a triskele and a full moon, all created in a style that blends traditional knotwork with a tribal flair. I do apologize for the obnoxious watermarks but they have been put in place to help cut down on the prolific theft of my artwork as well as to protect the commissioned art that was designed for my clients' use. It is an intensely frustrating thing seeing a design you worked so hard to create being reposted or even sold elsewhere without your knowledge or consent and that does not even begin to cover how my clients feel about it. Borrusk were used in the Uru days as war steeds, seen as sacred they would join their riders in fights on behalf of the Underfen. A number of the Borrusk in the village Kotsu lives in were trained by Bueller and as a result are steadfast and reliable in hairy situations. Trained Borrusk do not care what you tell them to ride over, they’re going to mow it down - this tiger found out the hard way. This was a bit of a hodge podge but we got there! Kotsu riding through the plains, making dumb decisions right before sunset and bowling over some plain tigers - as you do! Thanks for looking! View the full article

I cannot express enough of my gratitude toward Justin Pineda P&V! He captured my monster hunter absolutely perfectly! I am beyond ecstatic to finally have some professional shots of my cosplay! This cosplay was entirely handmade by me. This is my take on Capcom's Monster Hunter: World Odogaron armor. I took aspects of both male and female armor sets and combined them into one final design with a twist of my own! Any Slytherins in the house? I had a blank green pendant laying around and wasn't sure what to do with it when a friend gave the perfect suggestion. I was pretty proud of myself for this guy, not just for the carving itself, but because I redrew the design in vector without a trace or anything, quickly and efficiently, so I am definitely getting finally getting a better at digital. The whole thing is about 1.25", completed with 3 stages, for varying depth, using oracle 651 vinyl with 120 grit silicone carbide @ ~35 psi. It's always a challenge to keep in mind how the glass is going to melt when it's polished while making the design and doing the carving, but the challenge is what I'm here for anyways. Yet who knows? As the Shadow grows once more, they too may walk again." The lord of the ring movies are what made me fall in love with fantasy. And as I rewatched a bit of it I decided to make something about it. The first time I watched the movie I was about 8 or 9 and the nazgul scared me so much I stoped watching. I was young and the next time I watched the movie I quickly got over it but there was still something menacing about them. I have been playing around with new brushes and I really like the texture of everything. From now on I'll try using more textured brushed when starting a painting as it give it a really organic feeling.
