Species found in North America are referred to as chickadees, while other species in the genus are called tits. They are small-sized birds overall, usually having the crown of the head and throat patch distinctly darker than the body. They are at least 6 to 14 centimetres (2.4 to 5.5 in) in size. Coyote and the Three Magic HairsIn the days when monsters still roamed the land, one of the last Giants was determined to eat as many people as he could. He caught women fetching water and little children out playing. He even devoured whole bands of warriors. The Giant’s skin was so strong that no weapon could pierce it. Fearful for the fate of his village, a great chief called the people together. “Whoever is brave enough to remove the Giant’s three hairs and destroy his Medicine will be made Chief,” he said. Coyote was passing by, looking for something to do. He pushed through the crowd. “Hey, I love killin’ Giants,” he said. “But wait a second- did you say he keeps his Medicine in three hairs?” “It is so,” the Chief said. “Does this make a difference?” Coyote shrugged. “Well I mean, if you’re gonna have three whole magic hairs you might as well round it up to a nice even four,” he said. “Are you agreeing to Bad JokesCop cars crawl the neighborhood, howling hounds with no sense of smell. Coyote’s nose knows where he needs to go. There is Medicine in that muzzle. The boy locked in the lonely man’s house tells a story with his fear. The Trickster’s stomach twists, but there is hope in that scent song. The prison has been occupied for mere minutes before the warden rushed off on some remembered errand. Coyote changes into his blond-and-red-dress apparel. The effect was not meant to be motherly, but it will do in a pinch. A dusting of Medicine Powder opens the cell. Coyote’s famished friend waits outside on watch. His complicated composition would only cause confusion. The prisoner huddles on a bed with arms clasped around his knees. Tear-stained eyes widen. Coyote plops on the foot of the bed, all smiles and sweetness. “My, you look like a smart young fellow. Maybe you can figure this one out. What is a Velociraptor’s favorite time for a snack?” No response, b FleasTwo immortals meet in a bar, only one by choice. It’s a quiet niche, small, cozy. Wolf’s hunting ground with solitude as prey. His camouflage is a black suit, a white beard, and a distant look. Coyote is a firecracker, all noise and color, blue jeans and an assaultive tie-dye shirt. A tag dangles from the sleeve. Eyes follow his bee-line to Wolf, read the invitation printed on fabric. Ask If I’m Wearing Underpants! He plops on a stool next to his cousin and gives him a warm pat on the back. In absence of tail, he lets his tongue do the wagging. “Well, if it isn’t the handsomest humanimal around! How you been pal?” Wolf takes a slow sip of his beer. “I had been… alone with my thoughts.” “A nice place to visit, but I wouldn’t want to live there.” Coyote signals the bartender. “I’ll have one of everything.” The human’s eyes are suspicious slivers. “Pay up front or get out.” C Road TripTwo immortals scratching itchy feet on the sidewalk. Coyote in the lead, too drunk to remember where they are. Mangy-minded Coyote, always dying but never staying down. A dozen cans of Bud assault a bladder the size of an apple. He stops to lift his leg against a street light for the third time in an hour. His costume jewelry tinkles, grimy tags swinging from a pink collar. Odie- no address given. The piece of Wendigo called Prankster waits, leash in hand, patient as a trained puppy. That splinter-souled elemental is a festival of color. Banana-yellow rain jacket, red t-shirt, green shorts blooming with purple flowers. Their supplies are sling over his shoulder in an orange backpack. A triangle of white, three black dots, and four lines turns the front into the face of a fox. His eyes are made of bleached-blue ice. They follow moths which dart, hypnotized, around the light. The former mangeur de lard has broadened his palate. Coyote horse-kicks him in the shin. “Leave the Wise FoolCoyote stared at Sun. Warning accepted. The Woman on the ElevatorWhen the elevator doors opened Edwin froze in astonishment before he could place a foot over the threshold. The unfamiliar woman tilted her head and a warm smile bloomed on her red lips. The doors creaked to life. Edwin admonished himself for staring, lowered his eyes, and sidled in before they closed. Once inside it was even harder not to stare. The woman stood in the center of the car, petite hands folded across her stomach. She locked her eyes onto his face as he stepped in, and made no effort to reposition herself despite being the only passenger so far. Too nervous to speak to her or look at her directly, Edwin pressed the button for his floor and remained at the front of the car. He studied her from the corner of his eye. Her hourglass figure was wrapped in a short red dress with a plunging, v-shaped neck. Golden hair shimmered over her porcelain shoulders, and her eyes gleamed like pale sapphires. Goddess Sarasvati Saraswati (Sanskrit: सरस्वती, IAST: Sarasvatī) is the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, art, wisdom, and learning. She is a part of the trinity (Tridevi) of Saraswati, Lakshmi, and Parvati. All the three forms help the trinity of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva to create, maintain, and regenerate the Universe, respectively. The earliest known mention of Saraswati as a goddess is in the Rigveda. She has remained significant as a goddess from the Vedic period through modern times of Hindu traditions. Some Hindus celebrate the festival of Vasant Panchami (the fifth day of spring, and also known as Saraswati Puja and Saraswati Jayanti in so many parts of India) in her honour, and mark the day by helping young children learn how to write the letters of the alphabet on that day. The Goddess is also revered by believers of the Jain religion of west and central India, as well as some Buddhist sects. Goddess Sarasvati - Link I made this image as a tribute to one of the God/Goddess in Hindu Myth (Also because I'm one of them XD). Because of Her was portraying as the goddess of knowledge and art ( I typed her with with capital to imply the highness as I write it in Indonesian ) so this portrait maybe serve as tribute or maybe also prayer . This image was my modern type interpretation of the myth. In this image also I want to deviate a bit from the original interpretation which using variety of vibrant colors which in this piece I use only monotonal yellow tone to give it more blend with Her white - gold outfit. This image was a bit hard in transforming the statue skin which was super glossy because of the paint, so I need to repaint those and also the face which was originally a bit cartoon-ish which taking a bit of time (most of the time than other part XD).
